Direct Walkin Interview For Experience Person For Account Executive cum Admin Role (Male & Female Candidate)!!!

Designation: Account Executive cum admin

Industry: Product Interior Fabrication Manufacture

Qualification: B.com

Experience Required: Minimum 2-5 years (Relevant exp in account cum admin manufacture industry )

Salary Range: 22,000 to 25,000 In hand(based on experience and interview performance)

Shift Timing: 9.30 am to 6:30 pm / Sunday Week-Off

Technical Skills: Decent in English communication, Mail Drafting,Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel,other accounting tools.Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and other Indian tax laws.Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).Familiarity with quotation, invoicing, and GST documentation. Good knowledge in admin activity.

Job Description:

Maintain daily financial transactions using software like Tally, Ms Excel

Journal entries, general ledger updates, and closing monthly accounts.

Process vendor payments and raise customer invoices.

Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain aging reports.

Assist with monthly payroll processing.

Maintain salary slips and related statutory compliance.

Generate monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and expense summaries.

Assist management with financial insights.

Handle queries regarding invoices, payments, and taxes.

Maintain good relationships with vendors and clients for smooth transactions.

GST Filing & TDS Return

Handling Day-to Day admin Activity

Warehouse Material Tracking & Delivery Report

Employee Attendance-E Billing - Office needs in admin support

Quotation preparation/ Payment outstanding follow-up

Stock Inventory Follow-up & Warehouse control with material management.

Male & Female Candidate Preferably

Age Limit : Till 35
