*Role Summary*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive *Accounts & Admin Executive* to manage day-to-day accounting operations and office administration for our real estate projects. You will handle financial records, statutory compliance, and admin support for sales and construction teams dealing in villa plots, villas, apartments, and farmland.


*Key Responsibilities*


*Accounts & Finance:*

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and accounts payable/receivable using Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks.

- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports for land deals, construction bills, and customer bookings.

- Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow tracking, and petty cash management.

- Process customer payments, refunds, and maintain CRM entries for plot/villa/apartment sales.

- Assist in GST, TDS, and RERA compliance filings. Coordinate with CA for monthly/quarterly returns.

- Prepare MIS reports, project-wise P&L, and support audits.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for construction material billing and payments.


*Administration & Operations:*

- Manage office administration including vendor management, office supplies, and facility upkeep.

- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist HR with payroll processing.

- Draft and maintain agreements, customer files, project documents, and statutory records.

- Coordinate site visits, client documentation, and support sales team with admin tasks.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries professionally.

- Ensure proper filing of RERA documents, land records, khatas, and approvals.


*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- *Education:* http://B.Com / http://M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

- *Experience:* 1-5 years in accounts & admin, preferably in real estate/construction industry.

- *Technical Skills:* Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Word, GST portal, basic knowledge of RERA.

- *Knowledge:* Understanding of real estate transactions, construction billing, GST & TDS on property.

- *Soft Skills:* Strong attention to detail, time management, multitasking, good communication in English & Kannada.

- *Preferred:* Familiarity with property documents like sale agreement, khata, EC, RTC.
