Our company is looking for candidate who will be experienced in handling a wide range of accounts and administrative related tasks .He/She would be responsible to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety and also have understanding of basic Accounts, GST & TDS, and Basic accounts admin work
Roles and Responsibilities:
Regular accounting work of handling petty cash, vendor bills, payments receipts etc.
Basic admin level work of handling the day-to-day requirements of the office, cash issue, purchases, bill payments, maintenance of office equipment, etc.
Manage client account statements and payment reminders
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain accounting records and prepare financial statements
Perform other accounts admin related works as assigned
Skills and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
