Job Description

Job Title :- Accounts & Administrative Executive

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry for accounts and customer information.

- Manage billing, E-way billing, and invoice generation.

- Maintain and update accounting software (Tally ERP, Tally Prime, Odoo ERP & Accounting Software).

- Perform account reconciliation and book-keeping activities.

- File GST returns and assist with E-filing of ITR forms.

- Manage customer relationships and resolve basic queries.

- Draft and manage business communication (emails, reports).

- Support marketing and customer outreach initiatives.

- Handle basic office administration tasks as needed.

Key Skills:

- Data entry, Billing, Accounting, GST filing, E-filing.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Tally Prime, Odoo Accounting Software.

- Good command of MS Excel and MS Word.

- Customer management and relationship skills.

- Time management and convincing skills.

- Knowledge of product features and ability to explain to customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting or relevant experience.

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Knowledge of accounting software is a must
