Responsibilities
You'll manage daily billing, invoicing, and receipts, alongside maintaining ledgers and handling bank reconciliations. Key tasks include managing accounts payable/receivable, working with Tally, TeleERP, or similar accounting software, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy for GST and TDS compliance. You'll also operate tele software for office coordination and customer records, maintaining both digital and physical documentation.
Requirements
Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred); experienced 10+2 candidates considered.
Experience: 1-2 years in accounting roles using relevant software.
Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Tally/ERP, understanding of tele-based office systems, good communication in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English, proficiency in MS Office, and a strong eye for detail.
