Accounts Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and taxation, along with hands-on experience in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations

• Deduct and file TDS returns as per statutory requirements

• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and ledger records

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants

• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Master’s (M.Com) preferred

• 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance

• Experience with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting systems

• Good communication and coordination skills
