Job Description

Organic Food Company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, inventory records, MIS reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounts management, documentation, stock handling, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, GST bills, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in accounting software/Tally/ERP.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable records.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and MIS reports.

  • Maintain proper records of payments, expenses, and bank transactions.

  • Coordinate with CA/accountant for taxation and compliance work.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Maintain stock and inventory records accurately.

  • Monitor inward and outward stock movement.

  • Coordinate with warehouse/store department for stock verification.

  • Prepare inventory reports and stock status updates.

Administration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchase-related activities.

  • Coordinate with transporters for dispatch and logistics operations.

  • Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.

  • Handle purchase order documentation and follow-up.

  • Support operational and administrative activities as required.

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.

  • Generate operational, sales, purchase, and stock reports.

  • Maintain proper documentation and data records.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Basic understanding of GST, billing, and inventory management.

  • Strong record-keeping and documentation ability.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounts, Finance, or related field.

  • 2–6 years of experience in accounts/admin role preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Organized and disciplined working style.

  • Good analytical and reporting skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external parties.

  • Experience in manufacturing, trading, FMCG, or Dairy industry will be an advantage.

  • Own Vehicle Compulsory
