Job Description: Collection Executive

Receivable Company: Housiey (A Key Mansions Pvt Ltd Entity)

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Executive – Receivable to join our Finance & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing, follow-ups, collections, and supporting smooth financial coordination with developers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Accounts & Collections • Follow up with developers for payments and outstanding receivables. • Coordinate with developers regarding billing status and payment timelines. • Collect payments from developers (office/on-site as required). • Submit invoices to developers in a timely manner. Documentation & Coordination • Coordinate with the internal Sales Team for billing and collection updates. • Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and communication. • Handle email drafting, correspondence, and documentation efficiently. Banking Tasks • Perform cheque deposits and withdrawals as needed. • Assist with basic bank-related documentation. Administrative Duties • Work on MS Word, Excel & spreadsheets for daily reporting. • Execute any additional tasks assigned by senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate • Excellent communication skills • Languages known: Hindi, Kannada & English • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & basic computer applications • Strong follow-up and coordination skills • Preference: Candidate with their own 2-wheeler for site visits
