Job Description

Job Title: Accountant cum Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Admin Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting tasks and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle financial records, reports, office coordination, and general admin support to ensure smooth office functioning.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).

  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts (Tally/ERP software).

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports.

  • Manage bank reconciliations, invoices, and petty cash.

  • Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory filings.

  • Coordinate with auditors during audits.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and organize office documents, files, and records.

  • Monitor office supplies inventory and order as needed.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients.

  • Schedule meetings and maintain office calendar.

  • Handle general HR administrative tasks (attendance, leaves, joining formalities).

  • Support in facility management and housekeeping coordination.

  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting and administrative roles.

  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.

  • Good understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling admin responsibilities in a corporate setting.

  • Knowledge of payroll processing is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English and local language.
