We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Admin Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting tasks and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle financial records, reports, office coordination, and general admin support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
Prepare and maintain books of accounts (Tally/ERP software).
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports.
Manage bank reconciliations, invoices, and petty cash.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory filings.
Coordinate with auditors during audits.
Maintain and organize office documents, files, and records.
Monitor office supplies inventory and order as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients.
Schedule meetings and maintain office calendar.
Handle general HR administrative tasks (attendance, leaves, joining formalities).
Support in facility management and housekeeping coordination.
Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Good understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Experience in handling admin responsibilities in a corporate setting.
Knowledge of payroll processing is an advantage.
Fluency in English and local language.
