Prepare and track Vendor Bills & Employee Travel Expenses monthly.
Handle ticket and hotel bookings for employees.
Maintain MIS statements for payments and travel bookings.
Manage office supplies (housekeeping, stationery, refreshments).
Oversee office maintenance (electrical, plumbing, cleanliness, etc.).
Supervise housekeeping staff, drivers, and security personnel.
Manage courier services and maintain Courier Bills & POD records.
Visit the bank for official work when required.
Required Skills
Experience as a Collection Executive with customer follow-ups.
Working knowledge of Tally (Invoice entry, receipt entry, ledger creation, reconciliation).
