*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Accounts Management:
- Update bills in Tally
- File monthly GST returns
- Create e-way bills
2. Customer Support:
- Attend customer calls/orders via IndiaMart and other platforms
- Provide product details and assist customers with order placement
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing
*Requirements:*
1. Graduation in Commerce or related field
2. Proficiency in Tally and GST
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Ability to work independently from home
5. Availability to join immediately
*Preferred Qualifications:*
1. Experience in e-commerce or online sales
2. Knowledge of EV industry products (cells, batteries, chargers)
3. Owns a computer/laptop at home for seamless remote work
