Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance/CRM Executive with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Finance/Admin, and basic Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting administrative and financial operations, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Handle client queries, follow-ups, and coordination in a professional manner

  • Maintain accurate client records, data, and documentation

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery

Finance & Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Assist in basic accounting activities including entries, billing, and invoicing

  • Maintain records of receipts, payments, expenses, and petty cash

  • Support preparation of MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries

  • Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliations and audits

  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM / Admin / Finance / Accounts role

  • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic accounting software (preferred)
