We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance/CRM Executive with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Finance/Admin, and basic Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting administrative and financial operations, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and coordination in a professional manner
Maintain accurate client records, data, and documentation
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Finance & Accounting Responsibilities:
Assist in basic accounting activities including entries, billing, and invoicing
Maintain records of receipts, payments, expenses, and petty cash
Support preparation of MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries
Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliations and audits
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM / Admin / Finance / Accounts role
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic accounting software (preferred)
