Accounts Assistant એ કંપનીના એકાઉન્ટિંગ અને ફાઇનાન્સ વિભાગમાં કાર્યરત કર્મચારી છે, જે મુખ્યત્વે દૈનિક ફાઇનાન્સ/એકાઉન્ટિંગ પ્રવાહને મેનેજ કરે છે, ડેટા એન્ટ્રી કરે છે, પેમેન્ટ ટ્રેક કરે છે અને મેનેજમેન્ટ માટે રિપોર્ટ તૈયાર કરે છે.

સંક્ષિપ્તમાં:

ડેબિટ-ક્રેડિટ રેકોર્ડિંગ
વાઉચર્સ અને બુકિંગ
પેમેન્ટ અને રિસીવેબલ ટ્રેકિંગ
બેંક રિકન્સિલિએશન

2️⃣ Accounts Assistant નો મુખ્ય રોલ / જવાબદારીઓ

જર્નલ એન્ટ્રી અને વાઉચર્સ:
- દરેક ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શનનો સચોટ એન્ટ્રી કરવો
- વાઉચર તૈયાર અને અપ્રૂવ કરાવવું
પેમેન્ટ અને રીસીવેબલ ટ્રેકિંગ:
- સપ્લાયર્સ અને કસ્ટમર્સના પેમેન્ટ્સ ચકાસવું
- પેન્ડિંગ પેમેન્ટ્સનું રિમાઇન્ડર/ફોલોઅપ
બેંક રિકન્સિલિએશન (Bank Reconciliation):
- બેંક સ્ટેટમેન્ટ અને લેડજર મેચ કરવો
- ડિફરન્સ અને મિસિંગ એન્ટ્રીઝ શોધવી
લિંકડ ડેટા મેનેજમેન્ટ:
- ERP/Excel/Accounts Software માં ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન ડેટા એન્ટ્રી
- ડેટા Accuracy જાળવવી
GST / TDS / PF / ESI જેવી સરકારી ચૂકવણી:
- સમયસર રિટર્ન ફાઇલિંગ
- પેમેન્ટ સબમિશન
મહિના અંતે રિપોર્ટિંગ:
- Outstanding Supplier/Custome પેમેન્ટ રિપોર્ટ
- Cash & Bank position
- Month-end Closing
સહયોગ:
- Accounts Incharge / Finance Manager ને સત્તાવાર માહિતી પૂરી પાડવી
- ઓડિટ દરમિયાન જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સ તૈયાર રાખવી
