*Job Description* – Accounts & Admin Executive

*Key Responsibilities*
*Accounts*
✅Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/Vypar).
✅Maintain accounts payable & receivable, reconcile bank statements.
✅Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales, purchase, and expense reports.
✅Manage petty cash and customer collections.
✅Track credit customers, follow up on outstanding receivables.
✅Support in budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial summaries for management.
*Administration*
✅Handle day-to-day office administration: phone calls, emails, courier, stationery, etc.
✅Coordinate with delivery/logistics staff to ensure smooth operations.
*Requirements*
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts) preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in accounts & admin (preferably in FMCG/food/retail).
*Skills:*
Proficiency in Vypar app/MS Excel/Word file.
Strong knowledge of GST and basic compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving attitude.
