Job summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage administrative operations and maintain accurate accounting records related to property management. The role involves handling documentation, financial tracking, and coordination for smooth property administration.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Handle day-to-day administrative activities for property operations
• Maintain and manage property-related documents, agreements, and records
• Record and track rental income, expenses, and other financial transactions
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and property statements
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups, invoices, and receipts
Maintain data accuracy in property and accounting systems
• Support audits and compliance by organizing required documents
• Monitor utility bills, maintenance records, and service contracts
• Handle filing, documentation, and MIS reporting
Key Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
