Job Title: Accountant with Administrative Responsibilities

Location: Hodal (Factory)
Position Type: Full-Time (Only Male Candidates)



Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with Administrative responsibilities to manage accounting tasks and support factory administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mathematics, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day administrative duties efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including invoicing, ledgers, and reconciliation.
• Manage petty cash and ensure timely expense recording.
• Coordinate with vendors and handle basic procurement-related documentation.
• Support factory administration, including staff attendance and compliance records.
• Assist in audits and ensure adherence to company policies.



Requirements:
• Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 0.6 Month–3 years in accounting and basic administration (preferably in manufacturing or factory setup).
• Strong knowledge of mathematics and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally preferred).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Local Candidate Preferred: Must be from Hodal, Palwal, or Mathura region.
• Gender: Male candidates only
