Job Description

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Accounts Executive or Accounts Help desk Executive to join our growing team. Candidate will be responsible for managing various finance activities related to both Franchise and Company owned outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Update and Tracking Checking Daily Sales Report (expenses and sales) Store card swiping and UPI entry posting.

  • Bank Reconciliation: Coordinating with Franchisee and owned stores for payments.

  • Posting expenses of all the stores.

  • Salary Provision for Stores and Factory Staff ( Including Advanced, overtime, commission, incentive etc.)Posting Journal entries and GST Posting in Software.

  • TRA bill posting.

  • Preparing monthly ledger for all the company owned stores and Franchisee stores and mail them.

  • TDS entries related to Franchisee commission.

  • Generation Various financial reposts including Pendency report Recovery Report.

  • Posting and making vouchers.

  • Calculate commission and posting.

  • Managing complaints regarding EDC machines- Installation, Deinstallation and any troubleshooting problem.

  • Sending and posting Incentive Mails.

  • Coordinating and Assisting Senior Accountant and Finance controller

    Note: Additional Tasks may be assigned as per the Business Requirement.

    Requirement Bachelor Degree in commerce or in related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Good Communication

  • Ability to manage multiple outlets.
