Job Description

Job Title: Accountant cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Accounting:

    • Record day-to-day transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).

    • Maintain petty cash and update daily expense records.

  2. Bank & Finance:

    • Handle bank reconciliation and ensure records match with statements.

    • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

  3. GST & TDS:

    • Support in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns.

    • Maintain records of invoices and tax-related documents.

  4. Invoicing & Documentation:

    • Generate and maintain sales and purchase invoices.

    • Organize bills, receipts, and supporting documents properly.

  5. Administrative Work:

    • Handle office administration tasks such as stationery, filing, and correspondence.

    • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed.

    • Support HR or management in day-to-day office operations.

  6. Reporting & Coordination:

    • Assist in monthly closing and coordination with senior accountant or auditor.

    • Prepare basic Excel reports for management when required.


Requirements:

  • Experience using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting practices

  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel & MS Office

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Ability to handle admin tasks and support office operations

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
