The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Managing office documentation and filing (physical & digital)
Handling calls, and basic office coordination tasks.
Maintaining basic accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses)
Assisting in data entry of vouchers in accounting software like Tally.
Preparing and maintaining invoices, bills, and receipts
Handling petty cash records and daily expense tracking.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, sorting)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of accounting concepts (debit/credit).
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience.
