Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Admin to join our team at at Aananda Co-operative Urban Thrift & Credit Society Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹12000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office documentation and filing (physical & digital)

  • Handling calls, and basic office coordination tasks.

  • Maintaining basic accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses)

  • Assisting in data entry of vouchers in accounting software.

  • Preparing and maintaining invoices, bills, and receipts

  • Handling petty cash records and daily expense tracking.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, sorting)

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
