Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in accounting software.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and bills.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
Prepare GST-related data and coordinate for GST return filing.
Deduct and maintain TDS records as applicable.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities whenever required.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support payroll processing by providing salary-related accounting data.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for payments.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company financial policies.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, or other accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Accuracy of accounting entries.
