### Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records by recording all transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial health.

- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement; assist in forecasting future revenues and expenses.

- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Transaction Management: Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions; ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

- Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and accounting principles; prepare documentation for audits as needed.

- Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and finance team members to support month-end and year-end closing processes.

### Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.

- Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred but not mandatory.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ZohoBooks) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail; capable of interpreting financial data effectively.
