Accountant (Part -Time)

Job Title: Part-Time Accountant (Retired Professional Preferred)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Noida Sector 62

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented retired accountant who can independently manage our accounting and compliance functions on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bookkeeping, taxation, billing, and financial reporting, along with the discipline and maturity of an industry veteran.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international billing filing, maintain proper documentation, and ensure timely submissions.

Ensure timely tax filings, accurate tax computations, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Maintain secure backup of financial data and ensure complete confidentiality of records.

Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and other financial summaries.

Oversee daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations such as bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and data entry.

Coordinate and communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial professionals.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory guidelines, and internal company policies.

Prepare GST filings, TDS calculations, tax workings, and basic return filings.

Requirements:

Retired accounting professional with 10–15+ years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

Proficient in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.

High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working 5 days a week, 11 AM to 5 PM.
