Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance

Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements

Handle GST returns, reconciliation, filings, and compliance

Manage TDS calculations, deductions, challans, returns (TDS filings), and compliance

Ensure timely statutory payments and adherence to tax regulations

Work on Tally / Tally Prime for data entry and account management

Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS

Assist in audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Support management with financial analysis and reporting as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting

Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tally (Tally Prime preferred)

Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills
