Job Description

Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the preparation of financial statements. The candidate should be proficient in bookkeeping, Balance Sheet preparation, Tally ERP, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments
Perform daily bookkeeping and journal entries in Tally ERP
Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor reconciliation
Ensure proper documentation and recording of financial transactions
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings
Generate MIS reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Tally and Advance Excel knowledge and experience is must.

Candidates with experience in the broking industry will be preferred.
