Key Responsibilities
• Attend sales enquiries and communicate with customers via Phone, Email, and WhatsApp
• Record and maintain day-to-day business transactions including:
• Sales & Service
• Purchases
• Payments
• Receipts
• Purchase Orders
• Maintain and update bank accounts by posting daily transactions in Tally Prime
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Record and track all expenses and review them on a monthly basis
• Prepare monthly GST data and assist in GST filing
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain and update stock records on a weekly basis
• Update Accounts Receivable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in general accounting and administrative tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication skills and good command of English
• Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software (Tally Prime preferred)
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting concepts
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Word
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of:
• Banking procedures
• E-Way Bills
• Import documentation
• General accounting processes
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
