# Job Vacancy – Accountant (Full Accounts Management)

••Job Description:••
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant who can independently manage the company's complete accounting and financial operations.
••Key Responsibilities:••
1. Maintain complete books of accounts and daily accounting entries.
2. Prepare and manage Balance Sheets.
3. Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements.
4. Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GST reconciliation.
5. Manage sales, purchase, cash, bank and expense accounts.
6. Handle stock management, inventory records and stock reconciliation.
7. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
8. Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
9. Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
10. Maintain proper records of invoices, bills and vouchers.
11. Coordinate with CA and handle accounting-related compliance.
12. Ensure accuracy of all financial records and reports.
••Required Skills & Qualifications:••
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
- Practical experience in Balance Sheet and P&L preparation.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in stock and inventory management.
- Ability to independently handle complete accounts.
