Job Description

Key Responsibilities:◆ General Accounting:Assist in maintaining and updating financial recordsPerform day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in Tally ERPProcess invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entriesHandle bank reconciliations and account reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport payroll processing and voucher managementGST & Statutory Compliance:Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)Generate and manage E-Way BillsHandle Challans and Delivery Challans (DCs)Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlinesAdministrative & Support:Maintain and organize accounting files and recordsCoordinate with internal departments and external auditorsSupport internal audits, MIS, and financial reviewsAssist in managing inventory and billing records (if needed)Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance0-3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or financial operationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Hands-on experience in Tally ERP or similar accounting softwareGood understanding of basic accounting principles and tax complianceStrong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
