Job Title: Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Director
Job Purpose:
To manage daily accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, prepare financial statements, and assist with audits and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
	•	Handle all day-to-day accounting operations: ledger maintenance, billing, and journal entries.
	•	Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
	•	Manage accounts payable and receivable.
	•	Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow reports.
	•	Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
	•	Liaise with auditors and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
	•	Maintain digital and physical records of financial documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
	•	B.Com/M.Com/CA-Inter or equivalent qualification.
	•	2+ years of experience in accounting.
	•	Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
•. Good skills in handling of GEM Portal
	•	Knowledge of GST and tax compliance.
	•	Attention to detail and accuracy.
