We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage accounting-related activities, CRM operations, and lead generation for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries, sales invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain customer and sales data accurately.
- Manage CRM activities, including updating customer records, tracking leads, and maintaining follow-up schedules.
- Generate new business leads through online research, market research, and customer outreach.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, leads, payments, and CRM activities.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and payment tracking.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and lead-generation skills.
- Experience in accounting, CRM management, or sales support will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate: A multitasking professional who can independently handle accounts, CRM updates, and lead generation activities.
