💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
🕒 Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years (Mandatory in Real Estate Industry)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join a reputed Real Estate organization. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in real estate accounting processes, financial reporting, taxation, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor day-to-day accounting operations

• Maintain and reconcile all financial records, ledgers, and accounts

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and MIS reports

• Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, vendor payments, and statutory compliance

• Process payroll, expense reports, and bank reconciliation

• Coordinate with internal/external auditors during financial audits

• Maintain accurate documentation as per government and company guidelines

• Creating project-wise cost sheets, client ledgers, and receivable tracking

• Ensure timely collections and client follow-ups related to payments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance
✔ Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience in Real Estate industry (Mandatory)
✔ Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting compliance software
✔ Strong understanding of GST, TDS, RERA, and real estate documentation
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
