Job Title: GST Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GST Executive to manage all aspects of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure timely filing of GST returns, accurate reconciliation of data, and support during audits and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation, etc.).

• Ensure timely and accurate input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.

• Maintain proper records of invoices, debit/credit notes, and other GST-related documents.

• Review and verify vendor GST compliance.

• Handle GST registration, amendments, and cancellations if applicable.

• Prepare data and documents for GST audits and departmental assessments.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for tax-related queries and notices.

• Monitor changes in GST laws and updates to ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments.

• Assist in the automation of GST reporting and reconciliation processes.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of GST laws, rules, and procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally, ), and GSTN portal operations.

• Attention to detail and good analytical skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
