Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant

Company: (Fabric Importer)

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

CTC:₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Shift: General Shift

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Preference: Female candidates residing close to Prabhadevi

Job Responsibilities:

Passing Purchase and Sales entries in accounting software

Handling TDS entries and compliance-related entries

Managing GST entries, basic GST data preparation, and reconciliation

Performing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

Accurate data entry of invoices, vouchers, and financial records

Maintaining proper documentation and accounting records

Coordinating with internal teams for accounts-related information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or similar role

Hands-on experience with purchase, sales, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation

Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to manage routine accounting tasks independently

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Female candidate residing near Prabhadevi for ease of commute

Experience working in trading / import-export / textile industry will be an advantage
