Essential Hiring Skills:

Responsibilities:
• Log issues with all relevant details, including the nature of the issue, steps to mitigate it, affected users or systems, and any error messages
• Ensure that the right teams (e.g., technical support, product, engineering) are informed about the issue
Assist the front-end Entrust CAT team in renewal of contract Understand terms and prepare materials for renegotiation, request and manage quoting, pricing
and all approvals, and support solutioning any issues that arise during the process
• Effectively document and log all relevant details, assess impact, assign severity, ensure all the right internal teams are informed, assign priority, and communicate to customer that issue has been registered and is being addressed
• Taking the lead on more complex expansions or renewals supporting other AMT members as appropriate.
• Taking responsibility and ownership for analysing market opportunities, growing the business, development of sales strategies, and forecasting within your territory
