About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial record management, bank reconciliations, auditing support, and excellent coordination skills. The candidate must be proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and professional email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries in Tally.
Record daily transactions, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and maintain banking records.
Coordinate with banks regarding account-related matters.
Audit & Compliance
Assist in internal and external audits.
Maintain financial documentation for statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Reporting & Data Management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Generate MIS reports and management reports.
Maintain accurate financial databases and records.
Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required reports and documentation.
Communication & Coordination
Draft and respond to professional emails regarding finance and accounts matters.
Coordinate with internal departments for payment approvals and financial documentation.
Follow up with clients, vendors, colleges, and stakeholders regarding payments and invoices.
Support management with financial information and reporting requirements.
equired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
Understanding of audit processes and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional email drafting and correspondence skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with tally, excel, emails, and coordination.
