Accountant

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of vouchers, invoices, and bills

• Support in managing accounts payable and receivable

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software/ERP systems

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements

• Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits

• Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Familiarity with Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers may also apply)

• Knowledge of statutory compliance in manufacturing/industrial sector is an advantage

Salary Range (Indicative)

• ₹1.8 – ₹3.0 LPA (depending on experience and location)
