Job Description

Job Title: Accountant (GST & TDS)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and Tally. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, statutory compliance, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory regulations
Assist in finalization of accounts and audit support
Generate financial reports and MIS as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of GST and TDS
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Good attention to detail and accuracy
