Full Time
Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and books of accounts. • Handle purchase and sales entries for gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery items. • Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes. • Reconcile cash, bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts. • Maintain records of gold and diamond purchases, sales, and stock movements. • Assist in jewellery stock reconciliation, including weight, purity, and inventory records. • Manage accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments. • Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements. • Verify supplier invoices, payment records, and customer transactions. • Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, and periodic accounting statements. • Coordinate with the inventory, sales, purchase, and audit teams. • Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audits.
