Accounts Executive – Job Description (Short)
• Maintain daily accounting records and entries.
• Prepare sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
• Handle invoices, bills, and bank transactions.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and basic tax-related work.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Support in preparing reports, profit & loss, and balance sheet.
• Use accounting software like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems.
• Keep financial documents and records properly updated.
