Job Role

We are hiring a Billing Executive / Marg Software Operator for our FMCG distribution office. The candidate will handle daily billing, sales entries, and basic accounts work using Marg Software.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year experience in Marg Software

• Experience in FMCG / Distributor / Wholesale billing preferred

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male

• Age: 21 to 30 years

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

• Skills:

  • Hands-on working knowledge of Marg Software

  • Billing, invoice generation, sales & purchase entry

  • Basic stock handling and reconciliation

  • Good communication skills

  • Accuracy and responsibility in daily work

Key Responsibilities

• Billing and invoicing using Marg Software

• Sales and purchase entry

• Handling returns and adjustments

• Stock entry and basic stock reconciliation

• Maintaining day-to-day billing records

• Coordination with sales staff and management

Working Details

• Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days working

• Sunday: Working

• Weekly Off: Monday

Location Preference

• Candidates from Neb Sarai, Saket, Malviya Nagar, Khanpur, Chhatarpur, South Delhi preferred

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
