Job Title: Accounts Officer (Fresher-Friendly)

Location: Basudevpur Chaputa, Hajipur, Vaishali (Bihar)
Preferred: Married women candidates or local male candidates
Software: Must learn and work on Tally

Role Overview

We are looking for a sincere and disciplined Accounts Officer who can learn quickly and manage basic accounting work, follow-ups, and reporting. Freshers are welcome—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Support

• Enter daily bills, vouchers, payments, and expenses in Tally

• Maintain files, receipts, and supporting documents

• Assist with monthly closing and basic reconciliations

2. Coordination & Follow-ups

• Follow up with vendors, trainers, and internal teams for bills and approvals

• Coordinate with the finance team for timely submissions

• Resolve basic documentation issues

3. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare simple daily/weekly/monthly reports

• Maintain Excel sheets for expenses, bills, and outstanding payments

• Share updates with the center head and finance team

Skills Required

• Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, WhatsApp communication)

• Willingness to learn Tally, MIS, and accounting processes

• Good communication and follow-up discipline

• Attention to detail and honesty in record-keeping

Eligibility

• Any education background acceptable (12th pass / Graduate)

• Freshers can apply

• Preferred: Local Married women candidates or local male candidates from Hajipur / Vaishali region
