Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our company VINSA CHEMICALS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting business decision-making with accurate financial data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize risks

• Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making

• Maintain confidentiality of financial data

• Knowledge of GST

Qualifications

• Experience 3 to 4 Years

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Buzy, Tally, SAP, or similar)

• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
