Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Accounting, Audit and Tax Professional with expertise to manage the financial, taxation, and compliance functions of various offices. The role involves handling day-to-day accounts, supervising a small team (2–5 staff), sometimes independently, and ensuring accuracy in audits, GST, and income tax filings. This position offers excellent exposure and growth opportunities for semi‑qualified CAs or experienced finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
Conduct internal audits and assist in statutory audits.
Supervise and guide junior staff in accounts and compliance.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Semi‑qualified CA (CA Inter) or Commerce graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage a small team and work independently.
