Accountant

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with working knowledge of Tally. In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial operations, assist with billing and reconciliations, and help maintain accurate financial records. Your contribution will directly support our mission of delivering seamless HVAC services with operational excellence.

•⁠ ⁠Timely and accurate entry of financial transactions

•⁠ ⁠Clear and organized bookkeeping using Tally

•⁠ ⁠On-time invoice preparation and vendor payment support

•⁠ ⁠Accurate and prompt handling of payroll, conveyance reimbursement, and overtime payments

•⁠ ⁠Reliable processing of daily payment requirements

•⁠ ⁠Assisting in monthly closings and report generation

•⁠ ⁠Adherence to compliance and internal financial procedures

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally

•⁠ ⁠Manage and process payroll, conveyance reimbursements, and overtime payments

•⁠ ⁠Handle day-to-day payments and maintain supporting records

•⁠ ⁠Reconcile bank statements and vendor ledgers

•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparation of GST returns and other statutory filings

•⁠ ⁠Manage petty cash and related documentation

•⁠ ⁠Support audits and internal financial reviews

Qualifications :

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Tally

•⁠ ⁠1–2 years of accounting experience

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

•⁠ ⁠Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

•⁠ ⁠Clear written and verbal communication in (written english and spoken hindi/ english)
