Job Description

Veerat Enterprises is engaged in HVAC consultancy, supply, installation, and maintenance of air-conditioning systems. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts and support financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Ledger)
Handle GST work: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
Manage accounts receivable & payable
Perform bank reconciliation statements
Maintain cash and bank transactions
Coordinate with CA for audits, returns, and compliance
Maintain proper documentation and filing (physical & digital)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
1–2 years of experience as an Accountant (preferred)
Knowledge of GST & basic taxation
Proficiency in Tally / accounting software
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
