Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, statutory compliance, and accounting software, with strong knowledge of manufacturing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including sales, purchase, expenses, and bank entries

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)

• Handle TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances

• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

• Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data

• Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits

• Maintain proper documentation and records as per statutory requirements

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com / CA-Inter preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
