Job Description

Job Title: Tally Trainer
Location: Kasna (UCSL Program)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

Job Summary:
Udayan Care is looking for a qualified and experienced Tally Trainer for our UCSL Program at Kasna location. The candidate will be responsible for delivering structured Tally training sessions and ensuring practical skill development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Tally (with GST) training sessions for students.
Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
Provide practical exposure and hands-on assignments.
Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback.
Support placement readiness through skill enhancement.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in Commerce or relevant field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Tally Trainer.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime with GST.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Relevant certification in Tally will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
Location: Kasna
