Job Title: Accountant cum Data Entry Operator

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Textile)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant cum Data Entry Operator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally or other accounting software, and excellent data entry skills. This role will involve managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring data is entered efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including entries in Tally/ERP

• Maintain financial records and ledgers

• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and bank statements

• Conduct data entry of financial transactions and ensure accuracy

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

• Generate financial reports as required by the management

• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant degree

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and data entry

• Proficient in Tally (or other accounting software), MS Excel, Word

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred:

• Experience in handling both manual and computerized bookkeeping

• Knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel functions

• Working experience in a similar industry or firm is a plus
