We Are Hiring For Accountant

Designation: Account Assistant /Invoicing / Billing Assistant / Account Assistant

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Salary: 15k to 24k

Required : Immediate Joiner or 10 Days

Job Time: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities :

Generate and dispatch invoices, bills, credit/debit notes, and delivery challans for sales orders and service contracts.

Tally , GST, TDS Experience

Ensure GST-compliant invoicing, including e-invoicing, HSN codes, and tax calculations for engineering products. Verify billing details against sales orders, POs, and delivery notes to prevent discrepancies.

Track receivables, send payment reminders, and reconcile customer accounts. Maintain billing records in ERP/Tally systems and prepare daily/weekly billing reports.

Coordinate with sales, Finance / accounts, and logistics for billing approvals and issue resolutions. Support month-end closings and assist in audits related to billing documentation.
