💼 Accountant – Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Financial Management

Maintain accurate financial records and entries
Handle day-to-day accounting operations
Prepare financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)

🔹 Tally & Bookkeeping

Record transactions in Tally ERP
Manage purchase, sales, and expense entries
Maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts

🔹 GST & Taxation

Prepare and file GST returns
Ensure compliance with tax regulations
Handle TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings

🔹 Bank Reconciliation

Perform bank reconciliation regularly
Track payments, receipts, and cash flow
Resolve discrepancies in bank statements

🔹 Billing & Invoicing

Generate invoices and manage billing cycles
Follow up on payments and outstanding dues

🔹 Compliance & Documentation

Maintain proper financial documentation
Ensure audit readiness
Assist in internal and external audits

🔹 Reporting

Prepare monthly financial reports
Provide insights on expenses and cost control
