Qualification:

Minimum Graduate

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts

Salary-26 CTC

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deduction like Loan , Advance , Incentive etc. to prepared excel as per distribution made and given to HR for update on Payroll system Maintaining Purchase Bills Records, Due Date Records, and Rate Records etc. For Payment.

Salary verify which is prepared by HR

Verify Salary Bank Data and upload in Bank

Prepared and upload Bank RBI Data in Bank

Full and Final preparation , verify and give payment from Bank through cheque

Salary advance, loan deduction allowance etc. payment

Pf & ESIC, MLWF Verification which prepared by HR and payment

PT preparation & submission to Taxation dept.

Bonus verification and payment

Prepared MIS of salary and Bonus as per sir requirement

AOP MIS of salary branch wise, year wise Comparison with Revenue

MIS for pending Salary payable, Statutory etc. related to salary expense give to management

Mediclaim related to Employee , Payment expense payment, Expense booking, LIC or workmen Insurance of Employees at customer- prepared and payment and booking

Education Allowance to employee as per companies norms

Vendor creation in Bank Account

Everyday online payment of vendor, Employees reimbursement, Advance to Employees etc.

Fund arrangement and transfer between bank to bank , branch to branch

Coordination for approval like proper bank and vendor details for advance and other online payments

Punch all above payments entry in A/c Software

TDS Deduction data from the payment enter in A/c software and give to taxation department

Everyday download Bank Statement which have no VIEW PASSWORD and give the same to credit department and other company A/c Dept.

Daily give details to sales or operation person of customer receipt in HDFC Bank as per their requirements

Required Skills:

Accounting standard knowledge.

Accounting software knowledge.

Teamwork and coordination.
